摘要
为了提升整车碰撞仿真中车身悬置的仿真精度,构建了以结构精细建模、材料标定、分总成标定、螺栓预紧力施加为核心步骤的精细化建模方法,并在某皮卡车型车身悬置建模过程中应用了该方法。结果表明:在正面全宽50 km/h碰撞工况下,仿真结果中无论是部件的自身变形还是部件的失效模式,均与试验结果一致。
In order to improve the simulation accuracy of the vehicle body mount system in vehicle crash simulation,a refined modeling method is developed,which includes core steps of detailed structural modeling,material calibration,subassembly calibration and bolt preloading.This method is applied in the modeling process of a pickup truck's body mount.The results show that under the conditions of a frontal full-width collision at 50 km/h,the simulation results are consistent with the experimental results in terms of both component deformation and failure mode.Therefore,in the development process of new vehicle models,this refined modeling method can be applied to guide the crashworthiness design of the body mount.
