摘要
目的探讨老年高血压患者肌肉衰减综合征与骨密度(BMD)的相关性,以期为合并肌肉衰减综合征的老年高血压患者早期预防及预后评估提供一定的科学参考依据。方法采用连续性抽样方法,选取2024年1月至2024年12月期间在合肥市第二人民医院全科医学科就诊的老年高血压患者作为研究对象,根据是否合并肌肉衰减综合征,将患者分为肌肉衰减综合征组(研究组)(62例)和非肌肉衰减综合征组(对照组)(70例),比较2组间的骨密度、血压变异性(BPV)及其他相关指标。利用统计学方法分析肌肉衰减综合征与骨密度的相关性,并探讨可能的生理机制。结果非肌肉衰减综合征组的骨密度均高于肌肉衰减综合征组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,骨密度水平与收缩压变异性、舒张压变异性呈负相关。结论合并肌肉衰减综合征的老年高血压患者表现出较大的血压变异性,且其骨密度低于非肌肉衰减综合征的老年高血压患者。这一发现提示,肌肉衰减综合征可能与老年高血压患者的骨密度降低及血压变异性增加有关,需在临床防治中予以重点关注。
Objective To investigate the correlation between sarcopenia and bone mineral density(BMD)in elderly patients with hypertension,aiming to provide a more scientific clinical basis for the prevention and treatment strategies of hypertension in this population.Methods A continuous sampling method was used to select elderly hypertensive patients who visited the Department of General Medicine at the Second People′s Hospital of Hefei from January 2024 to December 2024 as the study subjects.Based on the presence or absence of sarcopenia,the patients were divided into a sarcopenia group(n=62)and a non-sarcopenia group(n=70).BMD,blood pressure variability(BPV),and other related indicators were compared between the two groups.Statistical methods were employed to analyze the correlation between sarcopenia and BMD,and to explore potential physiological mechanisms.Results The BMD in the non-sarcopenia group was significantly higher than that in the sarcopenia group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Additionally,BMD levels were negatively correlated with systolic blood pressure variability and diastolic blood pressure variability.Conclusion Elderly hypertensive patients with sarcopenia exhibited greater blood pressure variability and significantly lower BMD compared to those without sarcopenia.This finding suggests that sarcopenia may be associated with reduced BMD and increased blood pressure variability in elderly hypertensive patients,highlighting the importance of focusing on this condition in clinical prevention and treatment strategies.
