摘要
目的:分析健脾祛湿化浊汤辅助治疗原发性高血压的效果。方法:选择2023年4月—2025年4月深圳市龙岗区第二人民医院全科医学科收治的82例原发性高血压患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组41例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上辅助健脾祛湿化浊汤治疗。比较两组血压水平、中医证候积分、临床疗效、血管内皮功能。结果:用药3个月后,观察组收缩压、舒张压水平低于对照组(P<0.001);用药3个月后,观察组主证、次证积分低于对照组(P<0.001);观察组治疗总有效率较对照组高(P=0.023);用药3个月后,观察组一氧化氮、内皮素水平优于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:健脾祛湿化浊汤辅助治疗原发性高血压的效果显著,可有效控制血压,减轻临床症状,促进血管内皮功能改善。
Objective:To analyze the effect of Jianpi Qushi Huazhuo decoction in the auxiliary treatment of essential hypertension.Methods:A total of eighty-two patients with essential hypertension admitted to the department of general practice of Shenzhen Longgang District Second People's Hospital from April 2023 to April 2025 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with forty-one cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was supplemented with Jianpi Qushi Huazhuo decoction on the basis of the control group.The blood pressure levels,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,clinical efficacy and vascular endothelial function of the two groups were compared.Results:After 3 months of medication,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).After 3 months of medication,the scores of the main syndrome and secondary syndrome in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.023).After 3 months of medication,the levels of nitric oxide and endothelin in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The Jianpi Qushi Huazhuo decoction has a remarkable effect in the auxiliary treatment of essential hypertension.It can effectively control blood pressure,alleviate clinical symptoms,and promote the improvement of vascular endothelial function.
