摘要
紫苏作为一种新兴油料作物,其籽油富含高水平的α-亚麻酸(ALA),这是一种对人体健康与发育至关重要的ω-3脂肪酸。提升紫苏籽油的产量与品质,已成为紫苏育种工作的关键目标。近年来,紫苏油脂生物合成的遗传机制研究取得了显著进展,揭示出油脂合成受多重酶基因与转录因子的精密调控。本文综述了紫苏油脂合成及转录调控中的核心基因最新研究成果,为通过遗传改良培育富含ALA的紫苏新品种提供科学依据,推动紫苏资源的深度开发与利用。
Perilla frutescens is an emerging oil crop,and its seed oil is rich in high levels ofα-linolenic acid(ALA),anω-3 fatty acid crucial for human health and development.Enhancing the yield and quality of perilla seed oil has become a key objective in P.frutescens breeding.In recent years,significant progress has been made in research on the genetic mechanisms underlying perilla oil biosynthesis,revealing that oil synthesis is precisely regulated by multiple enzyme genes and transcription factors.This article reviews the latest research findings on the core genes involved in perilla oil biosynthesis and transcriptional regulation,aiming to provide a scientific basis for breeding new perilla varieties rich in ALA through genetic improvement,and to promote the in-depth development and utilization of P.frutescens resources.
