不同施氮水平对渍水胁迫下苎麻生长及抗氧化酶活性的影响

Impact of Varying Nitrogen Levels on Growth and Antioxidant Enzyme Activity of Ramie under Waterlogging Stress

摘要 适量的氮素供应是调控渍水条件下苎麻生长发育的重要措施之一,本研究采用盆栽法,以苎麻品种Tri-1和湘苎3号为供试材料,采用二因素完全随机区组设计,设置正常供水(CS)和渍水(ZS)两个水分处理,并在此基础上设置4个施氮水平:分别为N0(0)、N1(1.2 g/盆)、N2(2.4 g/盆)、N3(3.6 g/盆),研究不同施氮水平对渍水胁迫下苎麻生长及其抗氧化酶、氮代谢酶活性的影响。结果表明,与正常供水处理相比,施加适量氮肥能够有效缓解渍水胁迫对苎麻生长的抑制作用,增强苎麻抗氧化酶与氮代谢相关酶活性,促进氮素的转运与吸收,有利于渍水胁迫下苎麻生长和生理特性的恢复,其中以施氮量2.4 g/盆效果最佳。本研究结果可为苎麻在南方湿雨地区种植与管理提供理论参考和数据支撑。 Proper nitrogen application is one of the important measures to control the growth and devel-opment of ramie(Boehmeria nivea L.).Therefore,this study explored the growth and development of ramie under waterlogging conditions through pot experiments,and also the regulatory mechanism of different nitrogen application levels on waterlogging stress of ramie through analyzing the activities of antioxidant enzymes and enzymes related to nitrogen metablism.The two-factor completely randomized block design was adopted,and the nitrogen application treatments were set as N0(0 g per pot),N1(1.2 g per pot),N2(2.4 g per pot)and N3(3.6 g per pot)based on two water treatments as normal water supply(CS)and waterlogging treat-ment(ZS).The ramie varieties of Tri-1 and Xiangzhu 3 were used as test varieties.The results showed that appropriate nitrogen application could effectively alleviate the inhibition effect of waterlogging stress on the growth of ramie,enhance the activity of antioxidant enzymes and nitrogen metabolism-related enzymes,pro-mote nitrogen transport and absorption,and facilitate the recovery of growth and physiological characteristics of ramie under waterlogging stress.Among them,the nitrogen application rate of 2.4 g per pot had the best effect.This study provided the theoretical reference and data support for ramie planting and management in wet and rainy areas of South China.
