摘要
为探索淹水条件下烟草产量和品质下降的生理机制 ,以烤烟品种 G80为材料 ,采用 3因素 3水平复裂式裂区试验设计 ,研究了不同淹水处理对烟株根系活力、净光合速率、蒸腾强度以及烟叶钾含量的影响 .结果表明 ,淹水条件下烟株净光合速率、蒸腾强度以伸根期受影响最大 ,分别比对照下降了 76.77%和 66.67% .淹水对根系活力和烟叶钾含量的影响则在烟株生长中后期降低更为严重 .烟株在各生育期淹水 ,其净光合速率、蒸腾强度。
Effects of waterlogging on net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,root activities and potassium contents of tobacco( Nicotiana babacum L.) at different development stages were studied in pot experiments by using split split plot method.The results show that the net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate are affected the most at root extending phase and decrease by 76.77% and 66.67% respectively when conpared with the control.The activities of roots and the contents of potassium in leaves are more heavily affected by waterlogging at the middle and late growth stages of tobacco.With the prolongation of waterlogging and the increase of waterlogging depth,the net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,root activities and potassium contents show an obvious tendency of decrease at every growth stage of tobacco.
