摘要
青藏高原的栽培大麦与其近缘野生大麦杂交,它们的杂种后代表现为可育,但它们的结实率却有不同程度的下降。这种情况与它们的遗传物质的载体——染色体有什么关系呢?就此问题,对它们几个杂交组合的F_(1)的花粉母细胞染色体构型进行了研究,试图从中了解青藏高原栽培大麦与其近缘野生种杂交的亲和性程度及它们之间的亲缘关系的远近,为大麦的遗传与育种,同时也为研究栽培大麦的起源与进化提供实验资料。
This paper deals with the chromosome configuration of pollen mother cells in eight F_(1) hybrids of cultivated barley and its close-wild forms from Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.The results showed that the percentage of abnormal cells in combinations of Hordeum spontaneum crossed with H.vulgare was much higher(8.63—9.89%)than that of H.aqriocrithon crossed with H.vulgare(3.73—7.82%).The T value shows that the difference is significaut at 1%.It is suggested that the compatibility of hybridization between H.agriocrithon and H.vulgare is better than that between H.spontaneum and H.vulgare,indicating a closer relationship between H.vulgare and H.agriocrithon.This fact is useful to breeding and study of the relationship between wild and cultivated barleys.
