摘要
“三全育人”理念强调全员育人、全程育人、全方位育人,其目的是提升学生的综合素质,使其更好地适应新时代的发展需求。文章重点探究基于“三全育人”理念的高校大学生管理策略,包括完善教育目标体系、加强教育资源配置、优化全程育人模式、党建管理与学生管理相结合、构建互动化参与模式,以此为高校教育改革提供借鉴与参考。
The concept of"three complete education"emphasizes the education of all individuals,the entire process,and all aspects,with the aim of enhancing students'comprehensive qualities and enabling them to better adapt to the development needs of the new era.The article focuses on exploring the management strategies for college students based on the concept of"three complete education",including improving the education goal system,strengthening the allocation of educational resources,optimizing the whole process education mode,combining party building management with student management,and constructing an interactive participation mode,in order to provide reference and guidance for college education reform.
