雾化吸入联合生理盐水喷雾式鼻腔冲洗在儿童呼吸道感染中的疗效观察

Observation on the Efficacy of Nebulized Inhalation Combined with Saline Spray Nasal Irrigation in Children with Respiratory Tract Infection

摘要 目的:探究喷雾式鼻腔冲洗技术在儿童呼吸道感染使用雾化吸入治疗时对雾化治疗效果的影响。方法:选取2022年10月—2023年6月江西省儿童医院收治的85例呼吸道感染并伴有咳嗽、鼻塞、流涕等临床症状的患儿作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(n=45)和实验组(n=40)。对照组采用8 h/次吸入用布地奈德混悬液和吸入用异丙托溴铵溶液雾化吸入治疗,实验组在对照组基础上联合喷雾式鼻腔冲洗治疗。比较两组患儿住院5 d后每次雾化吸入治疗后的4 h、6 h、8 h的血氧饱和度(SpO_(2)),咳嗽、流涕、鼻塞症状评分及住院时间。结果:实验组患儿6 h、8 h SpO_(2)优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患儿鼻咽部症状评分均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患儿住院时间优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:喷雾鼻腔式冲洗可增强儿童呼吸道感染的雾化疗效,提高治疗后SpO2水平,缓解患儿咳嗽、流涕和鼻塞等症状,促进病情恢复,缩短住院时间。 Objective:To explore the effect of spray nasal irrigation technology on the effect of aerosol treatment when aerosol inhalation is used for the treatment of respiratory tract infection in children.Methods:A total of 85 pediatric patients presenting with respiratory tract infections and symptoms including cough,nasal congestion,and rhinorrhea were enrolled from Jiangxi Children’s Hospital between October 2022 and June 2023.These participants were randomly assigned using a random number table to either a control group(n=45)or an experimental group(n=40).The control group received nebulized inhalation of budesonide suspension and ipratropium bromide solution every 8 hours.The experimental group received the same nebulization regimen plus adjunctive spray nasal irrigation.Assessments included saturation of peripheral oxygen(SpO_(2))levels,symptom scores for cough,runny nose,and nasal congestion at 4h,6h,and 8h post-nebulization on 5 d of hospitalization,along with the length of hospital stay.Results:The experimental group demonstrated higher SpO_(2) at both 6h and 8h time points compared to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Symptom scores for cough,runny nose,and nasal congestion were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Additionally,the experimental group had a statistically significant shorter hospital stay(P<0.05).Conclusion:Spray nasal irrigation can indeed improve the effect of aerosol treatment of respiratory tract infection in children,increase the SpO2 of children after treatment,improve the symptoms of cough,runny nose and nasal congestion in children,promote recovery,and shorten the length of hospital stay.
