摘要
目的:探讨痰热贴联合西医治疗细菌性小儿肺炎的临床效果。方法:选取2024年1月至12月期间我院收治的92例细菌性小儿肺炎患儿作为研究对象,通过硬币投掷法分为对照组和研究组,各46例。对照组患儿接受阿莫西林克拉维酸钾治疗,研究组患儿在对照组的基础上联合给予痰热贴治疗。治疗1 w后对比两组患儿治疗效果和临床症状评分,采用全自动生化分析仪和全自动血常规分析仪测定各炎性因子水平,比较药物不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组患儿治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿临床症状评分、各炎性因子水平均明显降低,且研究组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿发生药物不良反应情况无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:在阿莫西林克拉维酸钾治疗细菌性小儿肺炎中给予痰热贴可有效缓解临床症状,清除炎症,疗效安全显著,对促进患儿病情恢复具有积极意义。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of phlegm-heat patch combined with Western medicine in the treatment of bacterial pediatric pneumonia.Methods:A total of 92 children who were willing to participate in the study were selected from the pediatric pneumonia patients admitted to our hospital.From January to December 2024,the grouping method for enrolled children was coin toss.Among them,46 children in the control group received treatment with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium,and 46 children who received combined treatment with phlegm heat patches were included in the study group.After one week of treatment,the treatment effect and clinical symptom scores of the two groups were compared,the lung function indexes were detected by pulmonary function tester,the levels of inflammatory factors were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer and automatic blood routine analyzer,and the incidence of adverse drug reactions was compared.Results:Statistical analysis showed that the number of patients in the study group who met the criteria for significant and limited efficacy was higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of both groups of children decreased compared to before,with the study group showing a greater degree of change and being lower than the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of various inflammatory factors in both groups of children were detected and compared.Both groups showed a decrease compared to before,with the study group showing a greater decrease,which was lower than the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups of children(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of bacterial pediatric pneumonia with amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium,the application of phlegm heat patches can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,eliminate inflammation,and promote the recovery of lung function.The therapeutic effect is safe and significant,and it has positive significance for promoting the recovery of children's conditions.
