摘要
目的 探讨晚期恶性肿瘤化疗后阴虚火旺型汗证患者应用当归六黄汤的临床疗效。方法 采用随机数字表法将2022年2月—2023年2月收治的80例晚期恶性肿瘤化疗后出现汗证的患者分为2组,各40例。对照组采用知柏地黄丸治疗,观察组采用当归六黄汤治疗,均连续治疗4周。对比2组临床疗效、中医证候积分、免疫功能指标水平、止汗时间及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组临床总有效率95.00%(38/40)高于对照组的77.50%(31/40)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组各项中医证候积分低于对照组,CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平高于对照组,止汗时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。2组均未见明显不良反应。结论 晚期恶性肿瘤化疗后阴虚火旺型汗证患者应用当归六黄汤治疗可促进汗止、缓解临床症状、改善免疫功能,安全性好,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Danggui Liuhuang decoction in the treatment of sweating syndrome of yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity after chemotherapy for advanced malignant tumors.Methods A total of 80 patients with sweating syndrome after chemotherapy for advanced malignant tumors treated from February 2022 to February 2023 were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Zhibai Dihuang pill,and the observation group was treated with Danggui Liuhuang decoction for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,immune function index level,antiperspirant time and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than 77.50%(31/40)of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of various TCM syndromes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were higher than those in the control group,and the sweating-stopping time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in either group.Conclusion The application of Danggui Liuhuang decoction in the treatment of sweating syndrome of yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity after chemotherapy for advanced malignant tumors can promote sweating,relieve clinical symptoms,improve the immune function of the body,with good safety,and is worthy of clinical application.
