摘要
麻黄根为临床较常用传统中药,具有降压敛汗的功效。通过系统查阅麻黄根的科研文献,对其化学成分和药理作用进行综述。结果显示,麻黄根中主要含有生物碱类和黄酮类成分,到目前为止,从麻黄根中共分离鉴定了麻黄根碱A、麻黄根碱B等11种化合物。这些化合物除了酪氨酸甜菜碱对大鼠表现为升压作用外,其他成分对大鼠均有不同程度的降压作用。同时麻黄根还具有降低心律、敛汗等药理作用。
Radix Ephedrae, the common used traditional Chinese medicine in clinic, has the effects on depressurization and antiperspirant. In this study, Based on the systematical consulation of the literature documents,the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Radix Ephedrae were reviewed, it showed that the mainly components of Radix Ephedrae were alkaloids and flavonoids, At present, there were 11 compounds include Ephedradine A and Ephedradine B had been isolated and elucidated from it. It was indicated from pharmacological study that the ingredients had an effect on depressurization in different degrees on rats except for Maokonine, which displayed a boosting pressure effect. Meanwhile, Radix Ephedrae also had other pharmacological activities such as decreasing heart rhythm and antiperspirant.
