摘要
目的:探究当归六黄汤合玉屏风散联合常规西药治疗2型糖尿病所致多汗症的临床效果。方法:选取2023年2月—2024年8月北京市朝阳区双井社区卫生服务中心收治的2型糖尿病伴发多汗症患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用当归六黄汤合玉屏风散治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.019)。治疗后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白水平降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.001)。治疗后,两组多汗、盗汗、手足心热、乏力气短评分降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.001)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.644)。结论:当归六黄汤合玉屏风散联合常规西药治疗2型糖尿病所致多汗症的临床效果显著,能有效控制患者血糖水平,改善临床症状,且能够保证治疗安全性。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Danggui Liuhuang decoction and Yupingfeng powder combined with conventional western medicine in treating hyperhidrosis caused by type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperhidrosis who were admitted to Beijing Chaoyang District Shuangjing Community Health Service Center from February 2023 to August 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Danggui Liuhuang decoction and Yupingfeng powder on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results:The overall response rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.019).After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the two groups decreased,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).After treatment,the scores of hyperhidrosis,night sweats,feverishness in palms and soles,acratia and shortness of breath in the two groups decreased,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P=0.644).Conclusion:Danggui Liuhuang decoction and Yupingfeng powder combined with conventional western medicine have significant clinical effect in treatment of hyperhidrosis caused by type 2 diabetes mellitus,and can effectively control the blood glucose levels of patients,improve the clinical symptoms,and ensure the treatment safety.
