摘要
姜黄素作为天然多酚类化合物,在中枢神经系统疾病中展现出广泛的神经保护作用。本文系统综述了姜黄素在脑衰老、神经退行性疾病、创伤性脑损伤、脑缺血再灌注、糖尿病脑病、脑肿瘤等多种脑病模型中的药理研究,探讨了近年来兴起的姜黄素脑靶向递送策略,包括固体脂质纳米粒、聚合物胶束、鼻脑通路及功能化纳米平台等,这些策略可有效提升姜黄素的脑部靶向性与生物利用度。尽管当前研究多处于动物实验阶段,临床转化存在瓶颈,但姜黄素在脑部疾病治疗中的多通路协同干预能力,为其后续临床应用与研究提供了重要方向。
Curcumin,a natural polyphenolic compound,has demonstrated broad neuroprotective effects in central nervous system disorders.This article systematically reviews the pharmacological research of curcumin in various brain disease models,including brain aging,neurodegenerative disorders,traumatic brain injury,cerebral hemorrhage,cerebral ischemia-reperfusion,diabetic encephalopathy,and brain tumors.The article further highlights advances in brain-targeted delivery systems,including solid lipid nanoparticles,polymeric micelles,intranasal administration,and functionalized nanocarriers.These strategies can effectively enhance the brain targeting and bioavailability of curcumin.Although most current studies are in the animal experiment stage and there are bottlenecks in clinical transformation,the multi-pathway synergistic intervention ability of curcumin in the treatment of brain diseases provides an important direction for its future clinical application and research.
