摘要
开心散是一种传统中药方剂,首载于《集验方》,由远志、人参、石菖蒲和茯苓四味药组成,具有养心开窍、健脾安神、交通心肾的功效。临床常用于治疗健忘、忧愁悲伤、惊悸恐怯等症状。近年来的研究显示开心散在治疗脑部疾病,如阿尔茨海默病、血管性痴呆、抑郁症、焦虑症和睡眠障碍等方面具有显著效果。总结开心散在脑部疾病治疗中的临床应用和作用机制,包括保护神经细胞、改善单胺类神经递质系统、调控神经因子、调节胆碱能系统、调控褪黑素系统、影响下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴功能和激活磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶信号通路、抗氧化应激作用以及抑制炎症因子表达等多个方面。研究结果为开心散在脑部疾病治疗领域的深入研究提供了科学依据。未来研究应进一步拓展开心散的临床应用范围,并深入探索其作用机制,以优化其在临床上的应用效果,并为治疗脑部疾病提供新的思路。
Kaixin Powder is a traditional Chinese medicine prescription first recorded in"Jiyan Fang",composed of Yuanzhi,Ginseng,Acorus tatarinowii,and Poria cocos.It possesses effects such as nourishing the heart and opening orifices,strengthening the spleen and calming the mind,and communicating the heart and kidney.Clinically,it is used to treat symptoms such as forgetfulness,sorrow,palpitations,fear,and timidity.Recent studies have shown that Kaixin Powder has significant effects in treating brain diseases,including Alzheimer's disease,vascular dementia,depression,anxiety,and sleep disorders.This article reviews the clinical applications and mechanisms of action of Kaixin Powder in the treatment of brain diseases,including neuroprotection,improvement of monoamine neurotransmitter systems,regulation of neurotrophic factors,modulation of the cholinergic system,melatonin system,impact on the HPA axis and activation of the PI3K signaling pathway,antioxidant stress effects,and inhibition of inflammatory factor expression.These studies provide a scientific basis for further research on Kaixin Powder in the field of brain disease treatment.Future research should expand the clinical application range of Kaixin Powder and explore its mechanisms of action in depth to optimize its clinical use and provide new insights for the treatment of brain diseases.
