摘要
本文针对农村污水水质复杂、排放分散的特点,深度剖析了传统治理模式的局限性,提出了以“因地制宜、系统协同”为核心的生态治理模式。通过构建三级处理体系,整合人工湿地、稳定塘等关键技术,并以北方典型村落实际案例论证其成效。针对推广中的资金、技术、参与度难题,提出了多元融资、技术下沉、村民共治等优化路径,以期为农村污水治理提供可复制的实践方案。
This paper,considering the complex water quality and scattered discharge characteristics of rural sewage,deeply analyzed the limitations of the traditional treatment model and proposed an ecological treatment model centered on"tailoring to local conditions and system collaboration".By constructing a three-level treatment system,integrating key technologies such as constructed wetlands and stabilization ponds,and demonstrating its effectiveness through actual cases of typical rural villages in the north,this paper also proposed optimization paths such as diversified financing,technology transfer,and villagers'joint governance to address the problems of funding,technology,and participation during the promotion process,aiming to provide replicable practical solutions for rural sewage treatment.
