摘要
本文根据企业突发环境风险应急预案备案工作开展的实际情况,从预案标准的衔接与应用、预案编制质量及修订、备案形式及联动性、应急演练等方面进行了深入探讨,提出了一些共性问题及合理的建议,以促进应急预案备案更加完善,使应急预案备案更具有合理性、可操作性、适用性、实践性。
Based on the actual situation of the enterprise's emergency environmental risk response plan filing work,this article conducts in-depth discussions on aspects such as the connection and application of plan standards,the quality and revision of the plan,the filing form and interactivity,and emergency drills.It also raises some common problems and reasonable suggestions to promote the improvement of the emergency response plan filing process,making it more reasonable,operable,applicable,and practical.
