摘要
为规范企业内部的风险防范措施,增强企业对环境事件的应对能力,降低突发环境事件带来的环境危害和社会影响,对企业突发环境事件应急预案的编制工作进行分析。以上海市某船舶维修企业为例,从应急预案的编制流程出发,对编制突发环境事件应急预案过程中遇到的各技术要点进行解析和说明。
A contingency plans for environmental risk in a corporation is extremely important.It can standardize the risk prevention measures and enhance the response capacity to environmental incidents within an enterprise,so as to reduce the significant environmental hazards and social impact caused by unexpected environmental accidents.This paper introduces the working flow of preparing such a plan and analyzes and explains the technical points at different stages,taking a ship maintenance enterprise in Shanghai as an example.
