基于人工智能技术的职业教育个性化人才培育路径探索

摘要 本研究聚焦人工智能技术在职业教育个性化人才培养中的应用路径。针对当前职业教育存在的标准化培养与个体差异矛盾、产业需求响应滞后等痛点,提出‘基础层-应用层-评价体系重构’的分层实施框架:在基础层构建教育数据中台与多模态行为采集系统,整合多源教学数据,如某职教云平台已接入超过200所院校,实现学习过程全域数字化;应用层重点突破自适应学习系统与虚拟仿真实训平台,如某校智能制造专业通过引入自适应系统,课程通过率提升15%;评价体系重构环节建立动态能力画像与产教融合模型,如结合企业岗位能力数据构建12维度评价指标,实现人才培养质量的全程监测。保障机制强调构建技术伦理规范、师资数字化能力提升体系及政企校协同生态,确保技术应用与产业发展同频共振。通过系统性解决教育供给侧与产业需求侧的结构性矛盾,为培养符合新时代要求的复合型技术技能人才提供理论支撑与实践路径。 This study explores application pathways for artificial intelligence(AI)in personalized talent development within vocational education.To address key challenges—including the tension between standardized training and individual learner differences,as well as lagging responsiveness to industry needs—a three-tiered implementation framework is proposed:(1)At the foundational layer,an educational data middleware platform and a multimodal behavior capture system integrate multi-source teaching data;for instance,a national vocational education cloud platform has already connected over 200 institutions,enabling full digitalization of the learning process.(2)The application layer focuses on adaptive learning systems and virtual simulation training platforms;for example,a smart manufacturing program at one institution reported a 15%increase in course pass rates after deploying an AI-driven adaptive system.(3)The evaluation system is restructured through dynamic competency profiling and an industry-education integration model—such as a 12-dimensional assessment framework aligned with enterprise job competency data—to enable continuous monitoring of talent development quality.Supporting mechanisms include establishing AI ethics guidelines,enhancing faculty digital competencies,and fostering a collaborative ecosystem among government,enterprises,and schools to ensure technological adoption aligns with industrial evolution.By systematically bridging structural mismatches between educational supply and industrial demand,this research offers both theoretical insights and practical pathways for cultivating interdisciplinary,technically skilled talents suited to the new era.
