摘要
提供精准就业服务是高职院校的重要使命。当前,高职院校精准就业服务面临顶层设计理念更新滞后、技术支撑乏力、政校企行合作不深三重困境,制约了服务效能提升。随着“人工智能赋能教育行动”深入实施,人工智能技术可从时空拓展、技术赋能、效能提升三个维度赋能高职院校精准就业服务。基于精准理念与“服务金三角”模型,从服务战略、服务主体、服务系统三个层面,构建以高职学生就业需求为中心的“人工智能+”精准就业服务体系。该体系以技术向善、以生为本为战略导向,通过组建政校行企家多元协同的就业服务联盟,打造智慧就业服务平台,可以实现服务内容精准化、服务方式人性化、服务监管全程化、服务评价智能化,从而推动就业服务系统高效运行,促进学生高质量充分就业。
Providing precision employment services is a critical mission for higher vocational colleges.Currently,higher vocational colleges face three major challenges in delivering precision employment services:outdated top-level design concepts,inadequate technological support,and insufficient collaboration among government,schools,enterprises and industry associations,all of which hinder service efficiency improvements.With the in-depth implementation of the"AI Empowerment in Education"initiative,artificial intelligence(AI)technologies can enhance precision employment services in higher vocational colleges through three dimensions:spatial-temporal expansion,technological empowerment and efficiency enhancement.Based on the precision concept and the"service golden triangle"model,this study constructs an"AI+"precision employment service system centered on the employment needs of higher vocational colleges students across three levels:service strategy,service subjects and service systems.Guided by the strategic principles of technology for good and student-centricity,the system establishes a multi-stakeholder employment service alliance involving government,schools,industry associations,enterprises and families,and develops an intelligent employment service platform.This enables precision in service content,humanization in service delivery,full-process supervision and intelligent evaluation,thereby promoting the efficient operation of employment service system,and facilitating high-quality and full employment for students.
