茶鲜叶分级技术及设备的研究进展

摘要 随着茶叶加工机械化进程的推进,茶鲜叶分级已成为茶叶加工的一道关键工序。然而,目前茶鲜叶的分级主要还是依靠人工采摘分级或者传统机械化分级设备分级为主。本文归纳总结了国内外近年来有关茶鲜叶分级技术及相应分级设备的研究进展,旨在为推动研制普适性茶鲜叶分级设备及技术等提供参考。 With the advancement of mechanization in tea processing,the grading of fresh tea leaves has become a crucial process in tea processing.However,the current practice of grading fresh tea leaves mainly relies on manual picking or traditional mechanized grading equipment.This paper summarizes the research progress on grading techniques and corresponding grading equipment for fresh tea leaves at home and abroad in recent years,aiming to provide a reference for promoting the development of universal grading equipment and techniques for fresh tea leaves.
