摘要
机采鲜叶成茶后,匀净度差,茎梗比重大,不适应传统加工技术。本文对机采鲜叶进行风选分级,然后加工成茶,基本能区别鲜叶嫩度,分类加工后品质优良,可提高精制正茶率6%~12%。
Mechanically-harvested fresh tea leaves are inferior in uniformity and has a high proportion of stalks, thus making them unsuitable for traditional proecssing techniques. In the present study, pneumatic separation was adopted to grade mchanically-harvested tea leaves prior to their processing. The delicacy of the fresh leaveswas well discriminated and the products made from them proved to be of high quality the standard product rate was raised by 6~12%.
