摘要
农机事故是影响农业机械化进程的重要原因之一。基于事故致因“2-4”模型(24Model),分析了30起典型农机事故,系统剖析了事故各阶段的致因因素。结果表明:在30起农机事故中60%的事故存在无证操作的行为,发生频次最多的不安全动作是违章作业(占13.09%),机具存在不安全隐患在不安全物态中占比超58.88%,安全教育培训制度欠缺在根本原因中尤为突出。基于此,农业生产从业人员在未来的工作中应着重应对这些突出问题,事先预防,以减少农机事故的发生。
Agricultural machinery accidents are one of the important reasons affecting the process of agricultural mechanization.Based on the"2-4"model of accident causes(24Model),30 typical agricultural machinery accidents were analyzed,and the causing factors at each stage of the accidents were systematically dissected.The results showed that among the 30 agricultural machinery accidents,60%of the accidents involved unlicensed operation.The most frequent unsafe action was violation of operating procedures(accounting for 13.09%),and the proportion of unsafe conditions with machinery hazards exceeded 58.88%.The deficiency of safety education and training systems was particularly prominent among the fundamental causes.Based on this,agricultural production practitioners should focus on addressing these prominent issues in their future work,take preventive measures in advance,and reduce the occurrence of agricultural machinery accidents.
