Dynamic mechanical behavior of modified EPS concrete

摘要 分别采用粒径1、3mm的发泡聚苯乙烯(EPS)制备了体积含量30%的EPS混凝土。利用硅灰、碳纤维对其进行了改性。利用准74 mm SHPB装置对EPS混凝土进行了应变率范围30~70 s的冲击压缩试验。分析了不同应变率下EPS混凝土冲击压缩应力-应变曲线的特点及变化趋势。对主要力学参数—强度、峰值应变随应变率的变化关系进行了讨论。发现硅灰、碳纤维对EPS混凝土动态力学行为有显著影响,能有效提高其强度、韧性和可压缩性。 Expanded polystyrene(EPS)concrete specimens were prepared with 30%EPS volume fraction and two different EPS bread sizes(1mm and 3mm).Improve its properties by making use of silica fume and carbon fiber.Dynamic compressive experiments within a strain rate ranging from 30 s to 70 s for EPS concrete were carried out byφ74 mm SHPB set.The characteristics and changeable tendencies of stress-strain curves of EPS concrete were analyzed under different strain rates.The variation relationships of main mechanical parameters which include strength,peak strain,peak toughness accompany of strain rate have been discussed.The result suggested that silica fume,carbon fiber had an obvi-ous influence on dynamic mechanical behaviors of EPS concrete which can improve its strength,toughness and compressibility.
