摘要
以黑龙江省牡丹江地区灾害信息员队伍(现有1 804人)为基础,增加灾害信息员常驻位置信息以及防震减灾工作信息报送新功能。为此,应用Matlab R2014a研发事件中心灾害信息员快速检索软件,第一时间确定震动中心附近20 km范围内灾害信息员位置,计算信息员与震动中心的距离,并主动取得联系,变被动接收信息为主动咨询信息,提高灾情、震动事件、宏观异常核实等防震减灾信息获取速度,协助地震部门快速得到有用信息,为后续工作的科学有序进行提供有力支撑。
Based on the existing disaster information team of 1804 people in Mudanjiang region of Heilongjiang Province,the resident location information of disaster information is added,and the new function of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction information reporting is added.Matlab R2014a is applied to develop the rapid search software for disaster information in event center,and the disaster information within 20 km near the earthquake center is identified in the first time.Calculate the distance between disaster information personnel and the earthquake center,actively contact them,change the passive reception of information to active consultation information,improve the speed of obtaining earthquake disaster prevention and disaster reduction information such as disaster situation,earthquake events,and macro anomaly verification,assist the earthquake department to quickly obtain useful information,and provide strong support for the scientific and orderly follow-up work.
