摘要
卷烟产品质量是卷烟生产的生命线,确保产品质量是烟草企业生产制造的首要任务,也是企业保持核心竞争力的根本保障。从G卷烟厂实际业务出发,基于梗含丝动态监控检测过程采集与融合分析多来源、多类型数据的处理办法与Python编程、SQL Server数据库、大数据预处理与分析技术,设计一套符合梗含丝检测仪数据采集要求的软件,对梗含丝检测仪感知数据进行收集、预处理、上传,为厂级系统提供基础数据支撑,提升卷烟生产控制的精准度和效率,强化卷烟生产过程管控。
The quality of cigarette products is the lifeline of cigarette production.Ensuring product quality is the primary task of tobacco enterprises in manufacturing and the fundamental guarantee for maintaining their core competitiveness.This paper,based on the actual business of G Cigarette Factory,designs a software that meets the data collection requirements of the stem and silk content quality inspection instrument by processing and integrating multi-source and multi-type data collected during the dynamic monitoring and detection process of stem and silk content,using Python programming,SQL Server database,and big data preprocessing and analysis technologies.
