摘要
为解决孤岛工作面防灭火难度大问题,以15201采煤工作面为研究对象,结合现场条件针对性制定孤岛工作面防灭火技术方案并进行工程应用。在15201采煤工作面回采前,通过喷浆等方式封堵煤柱及密闭墙漏风裂隙,减少采空区漏风;在回采期间利用喷洒阻化剂、注氮等方式进行预防性防灭火,同时通过束管监控系统进行火灾早期预警。现场应用后,15201采煤工作面回采期间回风隅角、回风流及采空区内均未监测到CO,采用的防灭火技术可满足孤岛工作面安全回采需要。
To address the challenges of fire prevention and control in isolated mining faces,a targeted technical solution was developed and implemented at 15201 mining face based on site-specific conditions.Prior to mining,leakage cracks in coal pillars and sealing walls were blocked by methods such as shotcreting to reduce air leakage in the goaf.During the mining process,preventive fire control measures,including the spraying of inhibitors and nitrogen injection,were employed.Simultaneously,early fire warnings were provided through a beam-tube monitoring system.After field application,no CO was detected at the return air corner,in the return airflow,or within the goaf during the mining of 15201 face.The adopted fire prevention and control technology effectively meets the safety requirements for mining in isolated working faces.
