老空老巷富集孤岛面末采及撤除防火技术

摘要 随现阶段国家矿山安全监察局对煤矿CO气体管控更加严格,对于自然发火矿井工作面撤除是易发火和难防火的关键阶段,为保证综放工作面在末采及撤除期间无自然发火隐患,打破以往“逢拆必着”的防火被动局面,通过对常村煤矿2012年以来8个撤除工作面的防火工作进行梳理和总结,因地制宜,采取完善防火措施,升级防火装备,强化人员组织,落实管控效果等手段,对末采及拆除防火技术进行优化创新并在21002撤除面得到检验,保证工作面安全顺利回撤,实现架间及回风流CO零管控,并减少防火费用投入,使得矿井撤除防火技术和经验在整个集团公司得到推广和应用。 Coal mine CO gas control regulation of the current stage of the State Mine Safety Supervision Bureau is morestrict.The removal of natural fire mine working face is easy to cause fire and difficult to fire prevention.In order to ensurethat the mechanized working face in the final mining and removal period has no natural fire hazards,and overcome the previ-ous passive situation of “demolish results in fire”,through the summary of fire prevention work of Changcun coal mine'seight removal working face since 2012,and considering local conditions,the fire prevention measures are improved,fire pre-vention equipment is upgraded,personnel organization is strengthened,and control measures and other means are implemen-ted.The feasibility is verified by the test application on the 21002 removed face,and the safe and smooth withdrawal of theface is ensured,realizing the zero control of the CO between the supports and the return airflow,and reducing the investmentin fire prevention.
