不规则孤岛工作面应力演化规律及冲击危险模拟实验研究

摘要 受不合理的采掘接续、地质构造、井田边界以及地表构筑物等因素影响,矿井工作面存在不规则布设情况,针对不规则孤岛工作面回采期间,煤柱及工作面区域动压显现频繁,冲击危险性较高等问题,以某矿409不规则孤岛工作面为工程背景,依据覆岩空间结构理论结合地表沉降观测值对孤岛工作面顶板岩层结构进行识别与判定;而后通过数值模拟,分别分析了工作面采前“一次见方”“二次见方”期间,采场与煤柱应力分布及其演化规律,对潜在冲击危险区进行了辨识;最后根据冲击地压钻屑法,对409工作面回采期间钻屑量进行了实测。结果表明,409工作面顶板覆岩主关键层已断裂,工作面覆岩呈现短“T”型结构;数值模拟结果表明,工作面的不规则布设显著影响工作面超前支承压力演化,工作面推进越靠近留设保护煤柱处,工作面超前支承压力越大,其峰值应力为30.49 MPa;钻屑法则表明409孤岛工作面回采至拐角煤柱处冲击危险性较高。 Affected by factors such as unreasonable mining continuity,geological structure,mine field boundaries,and surface structures,there are irregular layouts in the mine working face.During the mining of the irregular island working face,the dynamic pressure of the coal pillar and the working face area presents a risk of frequent shocks with higher levels.Taking the 409 irregular island working face of a certain mine as the engineering background,firstly,according to the spatial structure theory of the overlying rock and the observation value of the surface settlement,the roof stratum structure of the island working face is identified and judged;secondly,through numerical simulation,the stress distribution and evolution law of the stope and coal pillar before the face mining are analyzed during the“first square”and“second square”,and the potential impact hazard area is identified;finally,according to the rock burst cuttings method,the volume of cuttings of the 409 working face is measured during mining.The results show that:the main key layer of the roof overlying rock of the 409 working face has broken,and the overlying rock of the working face has a short“T”structure;the numerical simulation analysis shows that the irregular layout of the working face significantly affects the evolution of the advanced bearing pressure of the working face.The closer the working face advancing to the protective coal pillar,the greater the advanced bearing pressure of the working face,with the peak stress of 30.49 MPa.The drilling cuttings method shows that when mining at the corner of 409 island working face,the risk of impact is higher.
