摘要
在新质生产力的视域下,探讨了高职现场工程师人才培养模式面临的困境,系统性地提出以立德树人为根本任务、协同创新为重要手段、共同共治为主要抓手、价值创造为基本导向,搭建理论与实践的桥梁,为高职现场工程师人才培养提供实施策略,夯实新质生产力赋能人才高质量发展的目标。
This paper discusses the difficulties faced by the training mode of field engineers in higher vocational colleges,expounds the realistic logic of coupling new quality productivity with field engineers in higher vocational colleges,systematically puts forward the fundamental task of cultivating morality and people,the important means of collaborative innovation,the main starting point of common governance,and the basic orientation of value creation.To build a bridge between theory and practice,provide implementation strategies for the training of field engineers in higher vocational colleges,and consolidate the goal of high-quality development of new productive forces and empowered talents.
