摘要
非公企业里,党组织“怎么建才能扎根”“作用怎么发挥才有力”?2020年7月,潍坊昌邑以破题之勇启动“潍水红帆·党建领航”工程,在潍坊市率先组建非公企业党建共同体。五载耕耘,这个以“搭平台、聚人才、整资源”为内核的红色组织平台,交出了一份数据亮眼、成效扎实的“成长答卷”--从14家成员单位的“小平台”,成长为涵盖27家单位、培养发展100余名新党员的“党建朋友圈”,用“树标杆、当智库、育品牌”的工作实效,为非公企业高质量发展插上“红色翅膀”,注入“红色动能”。
