摘要
刘林教授师从国医大师涂晋文教授和湖北中医名师张赤志教授,承学临证三十余载,经验独到,犹擅以对药、角药配伍治疗心脑血管、消化道等疾病,效果显著。如运用僵蚕、蝉蜕治疗少阳郁热导致的高血压病,运用蒲公英、白花蛇舌草治疗肝胃郁热型胃食管反流、糜烂性胃炎、胃癌等,运用川芎、天麻治疗肝阳上亢型偏头痛,用丹参、降香、砂仁治疗痰、湿、瘀交结所致冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、中风等病证。文章总结了刘林教授巧用对药、角药的学术思想,传承其学术经验,为中医临床诊治疾病提供参考。
Professor Liu Lin studied under Professor Tu Jinwen,a National Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and Professor Zhang Chizhi,a Distinguished Traditional Chinese Medicine Physician of Hubei Province.With over 30 years of experience in clinical practice,Professor Liu has developed unique expertise,and is particularly skilled in treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular dis⁃eases,digestive system diseases,and other conditions using the compatibility of couplet medicines and triplet medicines,achieving re⁃markable therapeutic effects.For example,Bombyx Batryticatus and Periostracum Cicadae are used to treat hypertension caused by stagnated heat in the Shaoyang meridian.Herba Taraxaci and Herba Hedyotidis Diffusae are applied in the treatment of gastroesopha⁃geal reflux disease,erosive gastritis,gastric cancer,and other conditions of the liver-stomach stagnated heat type.Rhizoma Chuanx⁃iong and Rhizoma Gastrodiae are adopted to treat migraine of the liver-yang hyperactivity type,and Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Lig⁃num Dalbergiae Odoriferae,and Fructus Amomi are used for treating coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,stroke,and other syn⁃dromes caused by the interlining of phlegm,dampness,and blood stasis.This paper summarized the academic thoughts of Professor Liu Lin’s skillful use of couplet medicines and triplet medicines,inherited his academic experience,and provided reference for clini⁃cal diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
