摘要
所谓"角药"是指以中医基本理论为基础,以辨证论治为前提,以中药气味、性能、归经、七情为配伍原则,三味中药联合使用、系统配伍、配成一组,为三足鼎立,互为犄角,这种配伍,比起"药对"作用就比较复杂一些,名之曰"角药"。"角药"介于中药与方剂之间,在方剂中起主要或辅助作用,或独立成方,其在配伍应用中颇多巧妙,在临床应用中可起到减毒增效的作用,对于我们认识药物的性能功效也很有帮助。这种配伍应用方式最早始见于张仲景著的《伤寒杂病论》,以后一直被历代医家所推崇,并加以充实发展。
＂Jiao Yao＂ refers to the combination and compatibility of three kinds of traditional Chinese medicine, with dialectics as precondition, based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, following the principle of compatibility related with smell, function, the channel tropism and the ＇Seven Affects＇ of Chinese Herbal medicine. ＂Jiao Yao＂ stands between medicine and prescription. It plays a major or a supporting role in prescription, as well as an independent prescription. There also are subtle applications in the compatibility. In clinical application, it can weaken the toxicity, enhance the medicine＇s effect and help us to find out the performance and function of medicine as well. The oldest known of this compatibility was in ＇Treatise on Exogenous Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases＇ written by Zhang Zhongjing. Since then it has been praised highly, enriched and doveloped by specialists of traditional Chinese medicine in all generations.
