摘要
目的:观察泌尿排石汤联合针刺治疗泌尿系结石的疗效。方法:95例随机分为观察组48例与对照组47例。两组均用泌尿排石汤治疗,观察组加用针刺治疗。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后两组VAS评分均降低且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后观察组疼痛缓解时间及结石排出时间短于对照组(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:泌尿排石汤联合针刺治疗泌尿系结石疗效较好,且安全。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Urinary Calculus-Expelling Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of urinary calculi.Methods:Ninety-five cases were randomly divided into observation group(48 cases)and control group(47 cases).Both groups were treated with Urinary Calculus-Expelling Decoction,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups decreased and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain relief time and stone discharge time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Urinary Calculus-Expelling Decoction Decoction combined with acupuncture is effective and safe in the treatment of urinary calculi.
