摘要
目的:探讨支持性心理干预联合红光治疗在老年带状疱疹(HZ)患者中的应用价值。方法:纳入2023年10月—2024年10月自贡市第四人民医院收治的260例老年HZ患者,随机分为对照组(常规药物治疗,n=130)和观察组(在对照组基础上采用支持性心理干预联合红光治疗,n=130)。比较两组临床疗效、症状改善时间、视觉模拟评分法评分及带状疱疹后神经痛(PHN)发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.020);观察组结痂、脱痂、疼痛减轻、疼痛消退时间较对照组短(P<0.001);治疗后,观察组视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组(P<0.001)。两组PHN发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.551)。结论:支持性心理干预联合红光治疗老年HZ患者的效果较好,可缩短皮损愈合及疼痛缓解时间,并减轻急性期疼痛程度,但其对PHN发生率的影响仍需更深入的研究。
Objective:To explore the application value of supportive psychological intervention combined with red light therapy in elderly patients with herpes zoster(HZ).Methods:A total of 260 elderly patients with HZ admitted to Zigong Fourth People's Hospital from October 2023 to October 2024 were included and randomly divided into the control group(treated with conventional drugs,n=130)and the observation group(treated with supportive psychological intervention combined with red light therapy on the basis of the control group,n=130).The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement time,visual analogue scale score and incidence of postherpetic neuralgia(PHN)were compared between the two groups.Results:The overall response rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.020).The time for incrustation,decrustation,pain relief,and pain resolution in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.001).After treatment,the visual analogue scale score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.001).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of PHN between the two groups(P=0.551).Conclusion:Supportive psychological intervention combined with red light therapy exhibits better effects in elderly patients with HZ,and can shorten the time for skin lesion healing and pain relief,and reduce the degree of pain at acute stage,but its effect on the incidence of PHN needs further and deeper investigations.
