摘要
目的探讨加味地黄汤对取石或碎石后泌尿系结石复发的预防效果。方法将306例经手术或震波碎石后泌尿系结石复发患者随机分为两组组，治疗组149例应用加味地黄汤治疗，157例未使用加味地黄汤做对照观察，研究两组泌尿系结石患者的复发情况。结果治疗组复发8例（5．4％），对照组复发46例（29．3％），两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论加味地黄汤对预防取石或碎石后泌尿系结石复发有良效。
Objective To study the preventive effects of modified Dihuang decoction on the relapse of urinary calculus after calculus/emoved or destroyed. Methods 306 cases were randomly divided into a treatment group （with 149 cases） and a control group（with 157 cases）. The treatment group was interfered with modified Dihuang decoction for 6 years, and the control group was not interfered with any medicine. Observe the relapse number in the two groups. Results There were 8 cases relapsed in the treatment group （5.4%） comparing with 46 cases relapsed in the control group （29.3%）, showing a significant difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Modified Dihuang decoction has apparent effects in preventing relapse of urinary calculus.
