摘要
目的探究老年髋部骨折患者的围手术期并发症发生情况及其影响因素。方法回顾2023年5月—2024年12月在本院接受治疗的180例老年髋部骨折患者的病历资料,观察围手术期并发症情况,分析相关影响因素。结果本组患者中,出现并发症的有68例,发生率为37.78%;患者的并发症表现为血栓栓塞性疾病(18例)、肺部感染(10例)、泌尿系感染(20例)、心血管意外(8例)、伤口局部并发症(12例)。患者的并发症主要与年龄、术前伴随症、麻醉方式等相关。结论老年髋部骨折患者在围手术期的并发症发生率较高,且与并发症有关的影响因素较多。因此,有必要及时做好术前评估与术后管理控制工作,预防并发症的发生。
Objective To analyze the Incidence and Influencing Factors of Perioperative Complications in Elderly Patients with Hip Fractures.Methods This study reviewed the medical records of 180 elderly patients with hip fractures treated in our hospital from May 2023 to December 2024,examining perioperative complications and analyzing related influencing factors.Results Among the patients,68 developed complications(37.78%incidence rate).The complications included thromboembolic diseases(18 cases),pulmonary infections(10 cases),urinary tract infections(20 cases),cardiovascular accidents(8 cases),and wound-related complications(12 cases).The occurrence of complications was primarily associated with age,preoperative comorbidities,and anesthesia methods.Conclusion Elderly hip fracture patients exhibit a high incidence of perioperative complications,with multiple influencing factors.Therefore,timely preoperative assessment and postoperative management are essential to prevent complications.
