摘要
目的:探究森田疗法联合康复锻炼在老年髋部骨折患者中的应用效果。方法:本次研究对象为2020年8月-2021年7月当阳市人民医院收治的96例髋部骨折患者。根据随机投硬币法分为试验组与对照组,各48例,对照组给予常规护理干预,试验组给予森田疗法联合康复锻炼干预,比较两组负性情绪、髋关节功能、护理满意度、日常生活能力、锻炼依从性。结果:干预前,两组负性情绪、髋关节功能、生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,两组负性情绪、髋关节功能、生活质量评分均改善,试验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组锻炼依从性和护理满意度与对照组患者相比更高(P<0.05)。结论:森田疗法联合康复锻炼对老年髋部骨折患者具有积极影响,可以有效地缓解患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,使患者能够积极配合康复锻炼,从而改善患者的髋关节功能,提高患者的日常生活能力水平,促进护理满意度的提升,值得推广应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of Morita therapy combined with rehabilitation exercise in elderly patients with hip fracture.Method:The subjects of this study were 96 hip fracture patients admitted to Dangyang People’s Hospital from August 2020 to July 2021.According to the random coin tossing method,they were divided into test group and control group,48 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,and the patients in the test group were given Morita therapy combined with rehabilitation exercise intervention.The negative emotion,hip joint function,nursing satisfaction,daily living ability and exercise compliance of the two groups were compared.Result:Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in the scores of negative emotion,hip joint function and quality of life between the two groups (P>0.05).After the intervention,the negative emotion,hip function and quality of life scores of the two groups of patients were improved,the test group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05).The exercise compliance and nursing satisfaction of the test group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Morita therapy combined with rehabilitation exercise has a positive effect on the elderly patients with hip fracture,which can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression of the patients,and enable the patients to actively cooperate with rehabilitation exercise,so as to improve the hip joint function of the patients,improve the daily living ability of the patients,and promote the improvement of nursing satisfaction.It is worth popularizing and applying.
