摘要
政校企协同育人正日趋成为培养人才的方向。研究以L市A县为例进行调研,发现在“政产学”合作中面临合作角色与功能定位不清、合作机制与平台不够健全、合作层次与方式浅层单一等问题。文章在“三螺旋”理论基础上,分析“政产学三螺旋”模式的内涵和主要特征,从政府、学校和企业三个维度探索“政产学三螺旋”模式培养企业创新型人才的路径,提升企业创新型人才培养的质量。
Collaborative talent cultivation among government,universities,and enterprises is increasingly becoming the direction of talent development.Taking County A of City L as an example,this study conducts an investigation and finds that“government-industry-university”cooperation faces issues such as unclear positioning of roles and functions,inadequate cooperation mechanisms and platforms,and shallow,simplistic cooperation levels and methods.Based on the“triple helix”theory,this paper analyzes the connotation and main characteristics of the“government-industry-university triple helix”model,and explores pathways for cultivating innovative enterprise talents through this model from three dimensions-government,universities,and enterprises-to improve the quality of cultivating innovative enterprise talents.
