摘要
高校继续教育作为我国教育事业的重要组成部分,在推进教育治理体系和治理能力现代化进程中发挥着重要作用。高校继续教育治理应坚持“以人民为中心”的发展思想,明确政府、高校、行业、社会等利益相关者在高校继续教育治理中的主体地位,从利益相关者视角出发,探索构建政府引导、高校主导、行业协同、社会参与的多元主体协同治理模式,形成良性互动的良性循环机制,促进我国继续教育事业高质量发展。
Continuing education in universities,as an important component of China’s education industry,plays an important role in promoting the modernization of the education governance system and governance capabilities.The governance of continuing education in colleges and universities should adhere to the development thought of“taking the people as the center”,clarify the main position of the government,colleges and universities,industry,society and other stakeholders in the governance of continuing education in colleges and universities,explore and build a multi subject collaborative governance model guided by the government,led by colleges and universities,coordinated by industry,and participated by society from the perspective of stakeholders,and form a virtuous cycle mechanism of benign interaction,so as to promote the high-quality development of continuing education in China.
