文化自信视域下图书馆赋能地名文化挖掘与传承研究——以合肥市为例

A Study on How Libraries Empower the Exploration and Inheritance of Toponymic Culture from the Perspective of Cultural Confidence:A Case Study of Hefei City

摘要 本文梳理地名文化相关研究和实践现状后,分析了文化自信背景下图书馆赋能合肥地名文化挖掘与传承的可行性,提出“1+2+N”主体协同与六大实施模块的框架体系。该体系以民政部门统筹、公共与高校图书馆为核心,联动N类多元单位,形成“行政主导—文化支撑—多元参与”的协作机制,通过目标设立、资源整合、研究方法、文化挖掘、传承传播及合作保障六大模块系统化实施,实现地名文化从静态保护到动态传承的全链条突破,为文化研究提供方法论样本。 After reviewing current research and practical developments related to toponymic culture,this paper analyzes the feasibility of libraries empowering the exploration and inheritance of Hefei's toponymic culture in the context of cultural confidence.It proposes a framework system composed of a 1+2+N"subject collaboration and six implementation modules.Centered on coordination by civil affairs department and the core roles of public libraries and academic libraries,the system links N types of diverse institutions to form a collaborative mechanism of"administrative leadership,cultural support,and multi-party participation".Through the systematic implementation of six modules goal setting,resource integration,research methodologies,cultural excavation,cultural inheritance and dissemination,and cooperation guarantee,the framework enables a full-chain breakthrough from static preservation to dynamic transmission of toponymic culture,offering a methodological reference for cultural research.
