“双碳”目标下中国钢铁工业低碳发展路径剖析

摘要 在国家提出碳达峰碳中和低碳目标的形势下,作为我国工业碳排放大户的钢铁工业面临着巨大的挑战。如何在当前原燃料价格条件下实现钢铁工业的低碳化转变,已经成为我国钢铁工业亟待解决的主要难题。介绍了当前非高炉低碳炼铁的多种主流工艺,并对比了各种低碳炼铁工艺的优势和缺点,针对我国钢铁产能集中在高炉-转炉长流程工艺的特点,对钢铁工业实现绿色转型的合理途径进行了探讨,期待能够为钢铁工业的绿色低碳发展提供理论参考。 With the proposal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality advised by Chinese government,the steel industry with the most carbon emission in China is facing great challenge.How to achieve low carbon reformation under current raw material and fuel price has become the major difficult task necessary to be solved by the steel industry at home.Several mainstream technologies of non-BF low carbon ironmaking were introduced,while the advantages and disadvantages of various low carbon ironmaking technology were also compared.Considering the characteristic that China’s steel production capacity was focused on long process from BF to converter,the reasonable approach for the green transformation of the steel industry was discussed in order to provide a theoretical reference for the green and low-carbon development of the industry.
