摘要
试验以1日龄艾维菌肉仔鸡(公母各半)540只为研究对象,研究一种新型微生态添加剂(肠乐欣2000C)对肉仔鸡生长性能和肠道微生物菌群的影响。试验分为空白对照组(基础日粮组)、抗生素对照组(基础日粮+10%硫酸粘菌素预混剂100g)、低剂量肠乐欣组(1.0×10^9 cfu·kg-1饲料)、中剂量肠乐欣组(2.0×10^9 cfu·kg-1饲料)、高剂量肠乐欣组(3.0×10^9 cfu·kg-1饲料)5组,试验分O~21、22~42和43~49日龄3个阶段。试验结果表明,肠乐欣2000C可以提高1-49日龄肉仔鸡的日增重,并改善饲料利用效率,其适宜添加量为1.0—2.0×10^9 cfu·kg-1;同时,适量的肠乐欣2000C可显著提高肉仔鸡盲肠内容物中乳酸杆菌的数量(P〈0.05),显著降低粪样中大肠杆菌的数量(P〈0.05)。
This experiment is aimed to study the effect of a new-type probiotics (CLX2000C) on growth perfor- mance and intestinal flora, with 540 one-day old Avain broiler chickens(half male half female) as experimental ob- jects. These animals were divided into five groups randomly: control group (basal diet), antibiotic group (basal diet+ 10% Colistin sulfate premix 100 g), low dosage CLX2000C group(1.0x 10^9 cfu. kg-1 feed), medium dosage CLX 2000C group(2.0x10^9 cfu. kg-1 feed), high dosage CLX2000C group(2.0x10^9 cfu·kg-1 feed). Total experiment phase was divided into three phase: 0-21 d, 22-42 d, 43-49 d. The result showed that CLX2000C could effectively ele- vate daily gain of the test chickens of 1-49 days age, and effectively improve feed efficiency; the best addition dos- age is 1.0x 109-2.0x 109 cfu·kg-1; at the same time, proper amount of CLX2000C could effectively improve the amount of lactobacillus and decrease escherichia coli level(P〈0.05).
