摘要
文章探讨了信息化技术在高校实验室管理中的应用现状、挑战及前景,分析了传统管理模式存在的问题,并提出了通过信息化手段进行革新的必要性和迫切性。研究表明,通过引入数字化管理系统、调整管理组织结构等措施,可以显著提升实验室管理效率,优化资源配置。同时,信息化系统的引入增强了实验室的安全性,为高校教学科研活动提供保障。
The paper explores the current status,challenges,and prospects of the application of information technology in laboratory management in universities,analyzes the problems existing in traditional management models,and proposes the necessity and urgency of reforming through information technology.Research has shown that introducing digital management systems and restructuring management organizations can significantly improve laboratory management efficiency,optimize resource allocation,and ensure laboratory safety.At the same time,the introduction of information systems has enhanced the security of laboratories.and provideal guaranfees for college teacluly research ocdtivities.
