BIM技术在大型建筑工程全专业全过程协同管理中的应用——以深圳湾文化广场为例

摘要 本研究探讨了BIM技术在大型工程项目全生命周期、全专业管理中的应用,以深圳湾文化广场项目为案例,系统分析了大型工程项目的特征、挑战及全专业协同的难点。研究发现,BIM技术凭借可视化、协调性、模拟性、优化性和可输出性等优势,为工程项目全生命周期管理提供了全面解决方案,显著提升了管理效率和成效。针对大型工程项目的复杂性,本研究构建了适应中国大型工程的BIM全专业协同管理组织结构,促进了跨学科团队的协同创新;同时明确了工程项目全过程协同的重要性,实现了各专业间的高效协调。此外,提出了多标准协同的创新策略,通过建立层级分明的组织架构深度融合,提升了设计和施工效率,为工程质量和安全管理提供了技术保障。本案例表明,BIM的应用不仅在管理效率上实现了降本增效,还在社会效益方面促进了专业技术和管理人才的培养,为行业积累了数据资产。 This study discusses the application of BIM technology in the whole life cycle and professional management of large-scale engineering projects.Taking the project of Shenzhen Bay Cultural Square as a case,the characteristics,challenges and difficulties of whole-professional collaboration of large-scale engineering projects are systematically analyzed.It is found that BiM technology,with its advantages of visualization,coordination,simulation,optimization and output.provides a comprehensive solution for the whole life cycle management of engineering projects,and significantly improves management efficiency and effectiveness.In view of the complexity of large-scale engineering projects,this study constructs an all-professional collaborative BIM management organizational structure that ADAPTS to China's large-scale projects and promotes collaborative innovation of interdisciplinary teams.At the same time,the importance of the whole process of the project coordination has been clarified,and the efficient coordination among various specialties has been realized.In addition,the innovative strategy of multi-standard coordination is proposed,and the deep integration of the establishment of a hierarchical organizational structure improves the efficiency of design and construction,and provides technical support for engineering quality and safety management.This case shows that the application of BIM not only achieves cost reduction and efficiency increase in management efficiency,but also promotes the training of professional technical and management talents in terms of social benefits,and accumulates dataassets forthe industry.
