摘要
本研究基于医院感染预防与控制框架,系统分析院感质控管理在医院环境卫生学检测中的现存在院感管理制度有待完善、院感工作人员专业素质存在结构性短板等问题,需通过进一步优化医院感染管理组织结构、健全院感质控管理制度、落实相关技术措施、系统培养院感质控管理人员,强化院感质控管理工作。总结形成针对性优化策略,为医疗机构防控体系优化提供理论支撑。
Based on the framework of hospital infection prevention and control,this study systematically analyzed the existing problems in the application of nosocomial infection quality control management in hospital environmental hygiene testing,such as the need to improve the nosocomial infection management system and the structural shortcomings in the professional quality of nosocomial infection management personnel.It is necessary to strengthen nosocomial infection quality control management by further optimizing the organizational structure of hospital infection management,improving the nosocomial infection quality control management system,implementing relevant technical measures,and systematically training nosocomial infection quality control management personnel.Targeted optimization strategies are summarized to provide theoretical support for the optimization of prevention and control systems in medical institutions.
