摘要
随着商业航天竞争加剧,SpaceX专利战略由以商业秘密为主转向主动布局。文章系统梳理SpaceX全球专利申请情况,结合收购样本对关键技术专利进行分析。结果显示,SpaceX专利布局以美国为核心,延伸至德英日;通过收购Swarm Technologies、Pioneer Aerospace、Akoustis Technologies等企业,形成物联网卫星、航天器回收与射频滤波器等专利的协同整合;整体来看,SpaceX的专利布局以“技术控制-市场领先-风险防范”为导向,展现了灵活多元的知识产权模式。该案例表明,企业专利战略并非数量驱动,而是深度嵌入企业成长逻辑和外部创新生态。对中国商业航天而言,SpaceX经验为制度设计、成果转化机制、企业定位、政府作用以及人才流动等方面提供了重要启示。
As competition in commercial space intensifies,SpaceX has shifted its patent strategy from relying primarily on trade secrets to a proactive portfolio approach.This paper systematically reviews SpaceX’s global patent applications,and examines patents covering key technologies in conjunction with M&A cases.The results show that SpaceX’s patent layout is centered in the United States and extends to Germany,the United Kingdom,and Japan.Through acquisitions of companies such as Swarm Technologies,Pioneer Aerospace,and Akoustis Technologies,SpaceX has achieved synergistic integration of patents in IoT satellites,spacecraft recovery,and radio-frequency filters.Overall,SpaceX’s patenting is guided by a“technology control—market leadership—risk mitigation”orientation,revealing a flexible and diversified intellectual-property model.This case indicates that corporate patent strategy is not quantity-driven but is deeply embedded in a firm’s growth logic and the surrounding innovation ecosystem.For China’s commercial space sector,SpaceX’s experience offers important insights for institutional design,mechanisms for translating research outcomes,firm positioning,the role of government,and talent mobility.
