摘要
美国太空探索技术(SpaceX)公司正在构建的“星链”系统,是能够为全球提供宽带互联网服务的新型低轨巨型星座。在俄乌冲突中,“星链”为基础通信系统毁伤殆尽的乌克兰提供了高速便捷的互联网服务,给俄军制造了不少困难。论文分析了“星链”在俄乌冲突中发挥的重要作用,提出了电磁干扰、网络攻击、测向定位三种“软杀伤”反制手段。
Starlink is a new giant LEO constellation which is being constructed by SpaceX and can provide global broadband internet services.In the Russian-Ukrainian conflict,Starlink provides fast and convenient internet service to Ukraine whose basic communication system is totally destroyed,which makes a lot of trouble to Russia.This article analyzes the important role that Starlink played in the Russian-Ukrainian conflict,and proposes three soft kill countermeasures such as electromagnetic interference,cyber-attack and direction-finding and positioning technique.
