摘要
针对超深长水平井白油基钻井液抗温能力不足、破乳电压降低、高温流变性能变差等难题,室内采用湿法工艺,通过双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵对膨润土进行有机改性,研制出一种白油基钻井液有机土(SMOB-1),并对其性能进行评价。结果表明,SMOB-1在柴油和白油中均具有很好的成胶能力,在柴油、白油中的胶体率均达83%以上,能显著提高白油基钻井液高温乳化稳定性和流变稳定性,有效降低高温高压滤失量,200℃老化3d,沉降系数≤0.527,具有优良的抗高温特性,能够满足超深复杂高温长水平井钻井作业的需求。
To address the issues of insufficient thermal resistance,decreased demulsification voltage,and deteriorated rheological properties at high temperatures of white oil-based drilling fluids in ultra-deep long horizontal wells,a white oil-based drilling fluid organic clay SMOB-1 was developed by organically modifying bentonite with dioctadecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride and cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide via the wet process in the laboratory.The performance of SMOB-1 was evaluated.The results show that SMOB-1 has excellent gel-forming ability in diesel oil and white oil,with a colloidal rate above 83%.It can significantly enhance the high-temperature emulsification stability and rheological stability of white oil-based drilling fluids,and reduce the high-temperature and high-pressure filtration loss.After aging at 200℃for 3 days,the sedimentation coefficient is≤0.527,demonstrating excellent high-temperature resistance,which can meet the requirements of ultra-deep complex high-temperature long horizontal well drilling operations.
