摘要
针对页岩油气水平井钻探过程中井壁失稳风险大、高密度油基钻井液流变性能控制难度高的技术难题,通过性能评价,优选了乳化剂、润湿剂、有机土、提切剂等关键处理剂,优化形成密度2.10 g·cm^(-3)油基钻井液体系配方,体系经180℃老化后,破乳电压高于800 V,动塑比0.2以上,高温高压失水3.0 mL以内,抗岩屑污染至12%,抗冲洗液污染至10%,性能优良。现场应用结果表明,油基钻井液动切力8 Pa以上、破乳电压640~890 V,保证了长水平井安全施工,体现出良好的应用效果,适用于页岩气长水平井勘探开发。
In response to the technical challenges of high risks of wellbore instability and the difficulty in controlling rheological properties of high-density oil-based drilling fluids during the drilling of horizontal wells in shale oil and gas reservoirs,key treatment agents such as emulsifiers,wetting agents,organoclay and viscosifiers were selected through performance evaluation.An optimized oil-based drilling fluid system with a density of 2.10 g·cm^(-3) was developed.After aging at 180℃,the drilling fluid showed excellent properties,such as demulsification voltage higher than 800 V,plastic viscosity ratio above 0.2,high-temperature and high-pressure fluid loss less than 3.0 mL,and resistance to cuttings contamination up to 12%and to filtrate contamination up to 10%.Field application results showed that the yield point was above 8 Pa and the demulsification voltage was between 640 V and 890 V,ensuring the safe construction of long horizontal wells and demonstrating excellent application results.This system is suitable for the exploration and development of shale gas long horizontal wells.
